Refund and Return Policy

As each of our products is custom-made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. This policy is in place to ensure that each item is crafted uniquely for each customer, which limits the possibility of reselling returned items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at tagging.alongg@gmail.com, so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution. In cases of verified damage or errors, we will work with you to correct the order.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Given the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. However, if you have specific questions or concerns about your item, feel free to reach out to us. Note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, while a 14-day cooling-off period typically applies to many purchases, please note that it does not extend to custom-made items. Since our products are personalized and created specifically for you, they are exempt from this provision.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in cases of verified damage or incorrect items upon arrival. If a refund is approved, you will be automatically reimbursed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
